Chapter 1 Introduction
1.1 Brief Introduction
CooPanel is a multi-function operator panel solution and is designed to allow operators and
receptionists management of internal telephone calls in SMB environments.
1.2 Basic Features
Real-time trunks (GSM/ FXO/ VoIP…)
Real-time extensions’ status (Display of extension number/ username/ Caller ID/ Callee
ID and current conversation information)

Chapter 2 CooPanel Installation
2.1 Installation Requirement
CooPanel is Windows based application platform and can be hosted on either Windows XP,
Windows 7, or Windows 8
2.2 Installation Step
Step 1: Download the installation package from Zycoo official web www.zycoo.com:
CooPanel_Setup.exe
Step 2: Run the setup program and follow the onscreen instructions to complete installation.
Please install it to partitions except for C, otherwise your data of login may not be
saved and you have to input every time.

Chapter 3 CooPanel GUI & Functions
3.1 CooPanel Login

Item Explanation
IP Address Same IP as registered IP PBX (CooVox Series IP PBX, AMI interface is
open)
Port Defaulted 5038
User name Same as the user name to login IP PBX. User name can be extension
number or operator account.
Password Password login IP PBX, or extension’s password
Extension Extension number login IP PBX – Please note that this must be an
extension that is already registered to a handset as CooPanel will bridge
to this device through the CooVox system for all call related features.
Language Support Chinese/English. (Other languages can be customized)
Before login, you must ensure that the AMI interface of your IP PBX is open.
Step 1 Login IP PBX
Step 2 Enter into【Firewall】page by clicking【Security】【Firewall】
Step 3 Open AMI interface: Click “Common Rules” “Refuse AMI” “Edit”, select “ACCEPT”
for Action, then save it.

Quick Access Toolbar Functions of Call/ Intercom/ Hang up.
Extension Zone All the extensions’ real-time status and call details are displayed
here.
Real-time Status Zone Include trunk status/ current call/ history call – to display this
window it needs to be selected from the view menu
Phonebook Extension user registered on IP PBX can double-click to call – to
display this window it needs to be selected from the view menu
Telephone Dial Pad The Telephone Dial Pad allows you dial a phone number - to display
this window it needs to be selected from the view menu. Please
note this is not a built in softphone and instead will bridge to the
extension number entered on login.

Item Explanation
Menu Bar Login extension is displayed here. All operations are undertaken using
the credentials of this login extension. E.g.: Login extension is 800,
make a call to 801, then the callee id will be 800.
Menu Bar System: Settings/ Log off/ Close
Settings: User can select the CooPanel software version and
language;
Log off: User will log off and back to the login page;
Close: CooPanel software will be closed.
View: Real-time/ Phonebook/ Telephone dial
Real-time: Tick “Real-time” to show the real-time zone, user can
check trunk status, active and history calls.
Phonebook: Tick “Phonebook” to see the contacts list, user can make
a call by double-clicking the contact.
Telephone dial pad: Tick “Dial Pad”, which will enable the dial plate
and a user can make a call directly from within the CooPanel.
Windows: User can create new group here.

Note : 这个 This icon has two meaning: when the user is ringing, it’s used to pick up; when
the user is in the call, then it’s used to intrusion.

Call extensions by drag&drop
E.g.: Call extension 820 by drag&drop extension 829, see below dynamic pictures:
Step 1 Left-click the mouse on extension 829 and drop.
Step 2 Drag extension 829 over extension 820 and drop,
829 will ring at first, pickup 829 then 820 will ring.

Transfer by drag&drop
E.g.: When extension 820 is ringing or in a call, user can transfer the call to extension 821 by
drag&drop extension 820 over the idle extension 821. See below dynamic pictures:
Step 1 Extension 829 calls 820.
Step 2 Left-click the mouse on extension 820 , drag it over the extension 821
then the call is transferred to 821.
