1CONSPIRACYOFTERRORISTSTOCREATEANINDEPENDENTSTATEOUTOFARAKAN(RAKHINE)STATEINMYANMARANDSOMEDISTRICTSOFBANGLADESHAnEnglishtranslationbasedonapublicationfromBangladeshnewsmedia:DainikPurbokonedated8thSept,2012.ForaspublishedBanglaversion,seeAttachmentA,orclickonthelinkbelow:http://www.dainikpurbokone.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=47174%3A20120907214119&catid=6%3A20110526033228&Itemid=1KuddusAfrad,DhakaOffice.TerroristgroupsareconspiringtoestablishanewcountrywithsomedistrictsofBangladeshandArakan(Rakhine)state(ofMyanmar).TheactivitiesareleadbyRohingyaSolidarityOrganization(RSO)leaderDr.Yunus.AnintelligenceagencyofBangladeshreportedthatithasdirectinvolvementofaforeignintelligenceandsomerichmenfromMuslimcountriesarehelpingthisactivity.Therehasbeennocommentfrom(Bangladesh)governmentonthisregard.Itwaslearntsomedaysago(16thAugust)MoulanaYunusleaderofaPakistaniJaisheMohammedCoxsBazarareawascapturedinDhaka.FollowingthissourcetheintelligenceagenciesafewdayslatercaughtnineterrorsfromCoxsBazarandnearbyhillydistrict.IthasbeenrevealedfromthesecapturedterroriststhataforeignintelligenceagencyisinstigatinganumberofterroristoutfitstostandtogetherbythesideofMyanmarRohingyatoestablishanewcountryIndependentNewrosia.NotonlythatJamatulMujahedinBangladesh(JMB)thatwascrushedby(Bangladesh)policehasreemergedunderanewbrandnameJamatulArakan.IthasbeenlearntfromlocaladministrationthathalfadozenorganizationsincludingHarkatulJihad(Huji),LashkareTaiyba,JaisheMuhammad,HizbutTahrir,JMB,RSO,ARNO,IbtadatulahalMusleminorITM,UnitedStudentAssociationofArakanMovementorUSAM,ASSFetcareabusingIslamreligiontoorganizewiththetargettointensifyingactivitieswithinChittagong,Rangamati,BandarbanandCoxsBazardistricts,whichareBangladeshMyanmarborderingareaandareplanningtoestablishanindependentcountrycalledNewrosiawithitsterritoryexpandedintoChittagong,Rangamati,BandarbanandCoxsBazardistrictsinBangladeshandtheentireArakan(Rakhine)stateofMyanmar.ItisknownthattheyaregettingorganizedbypublicizingthatRohingyaMuslimwastorturedbyNASAKA(MyanmarGovernment'sbordersecurityforce)inArakanprovinceofMyanmar.ThisinformationwasknownfromthefourterroristscapturedrecentlybelongingtoJamatulArakanwhiledisclosingtotheintelligenceagency.CoxsBazarpolicesuperintendentSalimMohammedJahangirwhilebriefingaDhakabasednewsmediasaidthattheyareplanningtowagearmsstrugglebasedontheconfessionstheymadewhileinterrogatingthefourcapturedterrorists.AsthisoutfithasideologicalsimilaritywithAlQaidathepolicearetryingtotraceoutifthereisanyconnectionwithAlQaidanetwork.CapturedmembersofJamaatulArakanconfessedtointerrogatorsinBangladeshthattheconspiracytocreateindependentNewrosiastateisgettingfullestsupportfromtheMuslimpopulationinArakan2provinceinMyanmar,aswellassomeoftheMuslimnationintheworld.CitingtheinformationreporthegotfromtheterroriststhistopCoxsBazarpoliceofficersaidthatterroristsgroupsfromhomeandabroadareorganizinginthisarea.TrainingisheldintheremotehillsofBandarban.Theyarepreparingforarmsstruggle.He(policeofficer)acknowledgethattheseterroristsarepreparingtowagearmsstruggletoestablishanewIslamiccountryconsistingofthelandfromArakanstateandsomepartsofBangladesh.JMB,HizbulTaheri,HizbulTouhidofBangladeshhavecloseconnectionwithPakistanbasedterroristgroupsLashkareTaiyaba,HarkatulJihadandJaisheMohammed;andtheyareworkingcloselytogether.They(thepolice)aretracingoutiftheyhaveconnectionwithAlQaida.Referringtoatopsecretreportsenttothehigherauthorities,theintelligenceagencies(ofBangladesh)statedabouttheincreasedandsuspiciousmovementsofforeignnationalswithinChittagong,Rangamati,BandarbanandCoxsBazardistrictsinBangladesh.ItsayssuspiciouspeoplefromPakistan,Turkey,SaudiArabia,KuwaitandSudanaswellassomeothercountriesarefrequentlyvisitingCoxsBazarinrecentdaysanddistributesreliefmaterials.Theydontcareabouttakingpermissionfromthegovernmentwhichismandatoryfortheforeignorganization.TheintelligencereportalsosaidthatgroupsofpeoplefromPakistanarevisitingNilaMadrassawithintheBangladeshMyanmarborderinTeknafmostofwhomcometoBangladeshwithonarrivalvisa.AnotherpoliceofficerBabulAktar,AdditionalPoliceSuperintendentsaid,whenyoureadAlTahridaninternationalstandardEnglishmagazinethatwererecoveredfromthecapturedterrorists(inaremoteruralandisolatedarea)youcanassumewhattypeofconnectiontheyhavewithhighlevelpeople.It(documents)containedinterviewsofacloseaideofOsamaBinLadenandtoplevelPakistaniAlQaedaleaders.On16thAugustthechiefcoordinatorofJaisheMohammedthePakistanibasedoutfitwasarrestedinDhaka.Policeacknowledgedthattheyhavegotalotofinformationfromhimafterinterrogation.ABangladeshiMoulanaSaberMohammedahighlevelleaderoftheirorganizationhasbeenlivinginPakistanpermanentlyforoveradecade.PolicesaidthatSaberisorganizingRohingyastoformmilitantgroupwiththehelpofMoulanaYousufwhogivesdirectionfromPakistan.ItisalsolearntfromtheintelligencereportsenttocentralauthoritiesofBangladeshGovernmentthatRohingyaSolidarityOrganization(RSO)leaderDr.Yunusisnowstayingoutsidethecountry(Bangladesh).HisinternationalpartnerslivingabroadinRiyadhandJeddahofS
