Function Centre Featuring 300m2 floor space, our Geelong Function Centre is the largest conference venue at Rydges Geelong. The pillarless conference and events space features a built in stage/dance floor, perfect for presentations and social events. With an abundance of natural light from the retractable skylights, the space offers flexible setup options and modern furnishings throughout. The Function Centre features a private entrance from Myers Street which opens up into a large foyer ideal for catering breaks, pre event cocktails or delegate registration. Otway Looking for stylish Geelong Venues located in the heart of bustling Geelong city? Rydges Geelong is home to the Otway room, providing modern furnishings and state of the art audio visual. Otway provides direct access to the picturesque poolside terrace, ideal for post event cocktails. The venue can be connected with neighbouring Kardinia and Barwon venues to provide a larger event space or multiple break out rooms.


Kardinia Kardinia is a modern Geelong meeting room that offers stylish surrounds, state of the art audio visual and flexible setup options. Kardinia is connected to the Function Centre foyer, ideal for pre or post event cocktails, registration or catering breaks. This stylish Geelong meeting room features a retractable skylight, projector and screen and individually controlled heating and cooling.




Barwon Barwon room is located in the stunning Rydges Geelong Function Centre. The space offers direct access from the spacious reception area, ideal for pre or post event drinks or catering breaks. Our venues Geelong all feature state of the art audio visual, individually controlled heating and cooling and skylights. Barwon room is located next to Otway and Kardinia which can be combined to create a larger event space or multiple break out areas.



Kardinia & Barwon Kardinia and Barwon venues combine to offer a spacious Geelong conference room with an abundance of natural light. These conference rooms are connected directly to the large arrival foyer, perfect pre or post event space. With two built in data projectors, skylights and modern furnishings, this space is ideal for your next conference or event. Need more space?
