ABOUT RBCC

RBCC is a 100% black owned civil construction company that was founded in 2006. It is

registered with Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office (CIPRO), with

certificate of registration number 2006/209060/23.

It is compliant with all statutory obligations and its accounts with SARS for tax purposes are

up to date. The same are its accounts with the Department of Labour for WCA and UIF.

Proof of such good standing is available upon request at our offices without doubt, fear or

favour.

RBCC‘s focus is on infrastructure development (civil construction) and waste management,

first in South Africa and throughout sub-Saharan Africa as time moves on. We have applied

for CIDB upgrade to grade 6. We are also a registered member of National Home Builders

Registration Council (NHBRC) with the registration number 1-36988971.

OVERVIEW

Rolo Building Construction (RBCC)’s civil construction infrastructure is geared to provide

both government and the private sector with a comprehensive range of civil construction

services based on solid project management skills, and the technical ingenuity of its staff.

We have over the years, since 2006, maintained our presence throughout Gauteng Province

with City of Tshwane in particular, providing much needed infrastructure, and thus

improving lives within our communities. However, in recent times, our focus has been on

the whole of South Africa, undertaking civil construction work in all corners of the country.

Among projects handled by the division, are the construction of water and sewage

reticulation, roads for low cost housing projects, and township developments, main civil

works for new industries such as power station and substations.

Nelson T. Sithole, Director

Mr. NT Sithole is an accomplished manager in construction projects. He holds various certificates in

Business Administration. He has completed a Learnership Programme in civil construction. He has a

Diploma in Project Management and is now furthering his studies to accumulate his Degree in

Project Management.

Baphuthi Consulting, Construction Management

Cliff Mashele carries a degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Witwaterand with more

than 5 years Experience in Architectural design and Construction Management. Mr Mashele worked

for numerous companies before joining Rolo Construction where he led an array of project

portfolios in Infrastructure Development. Cliff has extensive expertise in strategy development and

execution, formulation and planning of design alternative, budget development and fiscal control,

contract administration and quality provision.

John Nzama, Site Agent

Mr. Nzama has a Diploma in Brick Laying (Class 1). He has more than 10 years of experience in this

area. He has undertaken and oversaw a lot of projects of huge value.

Kulani Engineer, Design Engineer Kularisani has a B-Tech Civil: Urban Design and Planning current, BEng (Hon) in Systems thinking

(principles and Practice) and Managing Complexity (a systems Approach), Cambridge University,

United Kingdom in 2005. National Diploma in Civil Engineering, Port Elizabeth Technikon, South

Africa in 2003.

M.Laubschaer, Design Engineer Michael is a holder of a Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project

Management. He is the head of our projects at RBCC. He has more than 15 years of project

management experience, and RBCC has gained so much from his value in all the projects we have

undertaken as he has been a beam of light from the initiation stage up to the closing of all projects.

Ndzumbululo Muravha, Project Manager Ndzumbululo Muravha holds a diploma in civil engineering and has various experience within the

construction field, he has worked in different disciples within civil from being a student surveyor at

Mkhacani construction after that he joined Eskom Rotek & Roschon as a BMS Technician and went

on to join Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa as a assistant project manager and currently he has

joined Rolo Construction as a project manager and he is in charge of all our projects , With his

experience and passion for this industry we are determined that we will go far .

Shirley Mamatho, Administration Manager Shirley Mamatho has experience as administrator and also has the certificate in Civil Engineering.

Miss J Makama has a Certificate in Office Admin, Bachelor of Commerce and had a vast experience in

working as an administrator. Working in debtors and creditors department.

Mr Marumo is a septic tank truck operator with vast experience within this field , he holds a license

with PDP and has been with Rolo Building Construction for a while, with his experience our services

to the people is on point due to his commitment within his work.

RJ Mhangwane, Truck driver

Mr Mhangwane is a septic tank truck operator who has experience within this operation; he has

worked for various companies as a truck driver before he joined Rolo Building Construction . His

determination and passion for his work has been a great achievement for the company in reaching

its targets and goals.

Mr Ngoqwana is a septic tank truck operator with vast experience in trucks he has worked for

Remade before joining Rolo construction; he has good leadership skills and is able to build up team
