Discuss community soccer fields throughout the county and seek BCC direction on funding and development of future soccer fields.

October, 2013 BCC approved funding MLS Stadium
Orlando City Soccer agreed to fund O&M for up to 15 years at $200,000 per year
Other items agreed in MLS soccer stadium discussions– Donate property adjacent to Barber Park– Offer outreach programs to youth– Provide scholarships for youth soccer

The County currently operates 15 athletic fields dedicated to youth soccer
Nine soccer fields have lights (7 regulation size)
Fields utilized by youth sports organizations – Rush Soccer Club at West Orange Park– South Orlando Soccer Club at Barber Park– Orlando City Youth Soccer League at Little Econ
