Specification

Cross-linking Agent for PU ResinApplication CharacteristicsFor polyurethane resin and contains active isocyanate functional groups(NCO), so it can react with PU resin easily to achieve excellent physical properties. It could be Adding Accelerator to extending the processing time in coating.

Well crossing linking product is durability, On the contrary, non-curing product is early to hydrolysis and performance bad in hydrolysis, quality, washable endurance. Added the more crossing-linking agent, the more performance well in bonding strength, and resistance in heat, solvents. Adding Accelerator is purpose of extending the processing time in coating.

Processing Notes1. The coating amount of self-adjustment, dry conditions due to different production equipment and the environment, it need to adjust.2. It should avoid prolonged contact with air to prevent moisture absorption in process. Before and after the use of resin must be completely sealed to prevent the surface from gelling.3. You should pay attention to whether it will affect the bonding effect or not, if add additives or anti-stick agent 4. Drying temperature and time to be fully, or cross-linking degree.5. The coating viscosity level of impact feel, it should be adjusted to the optimum coating viscosity.6. Breathable and waterproof degree is related to the coating amount.7. One-component with high molecular weight PU,unless specifically necessary, otherwise do not need to add the cross-linking agent. you can get various characteristics of the film after the solvent is sufficiently dried.

Polyurethane for Flexible packaging Notes1. The various glue shall be mixed with a fixed adhesive, using the dilution solvent is ethyl acetate, adjusted to the concentration of appropriate processing. (Generally recommend the use of concentration of 20-35%, the preferred use concentration of 30%)2. Dry: must be taken to have sufficient air flow, velocity and temperature. The temperature of inlet to the outlet from the membrane in the range of 50-60 ℃ ,60-70 ℃ ,70-80 ℃.3. The composite rollers: In the case of do not damage the film, it should be possible to improve the pressure and temperature of the composite roll. The temperature is controlled at 50-80 ° C. Susceptible to temperature film used 50-60 ° C, the other film can be 70-80 ° C.4. Curing: Aged at 50 ± 5 ℃ for more than 24 hours, the cooking stage to aging for 72 hours.5. Curing agent such as stored at low temperatures, will produce a white turbid, moderately heated or diluted with a solvent soluble, does not affect product quality problems.
