SUMMARYContract Manager
Contract Manager - responsible for managing and leading CLI contracting efforts, administering and negotiating the contractual agreements between CLI and its funders and partners. This position provides in-depth knowledge, understanding, and guidance for government contracts and grants. In addition, this position coordinates and provides oversight for compliance and legal needs for the Agency. Providing leadership to ensure for programmatic staff a seamless contracting process that encompasses development, finance, and accounting; Implementing continual process improvement solutions; Ensuring all contracts are created, negotiated, approved, maintained and delivered in accordance with applicable laws, contract terms and conditions, and CLI guidelines and objectives; Assured reviews of all contractual documents, including Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, teaming agreements, leases, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements and making recommendations to management; Providing oversight and coordination of compliance issues and activities for the Agency. Specifically, monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions and take appropriate action to address non-compliance.

Working with department compliance/risk leads to ensure all processes that have compliance requirements tied to them have proper controls, management
practices, and evidence to support compliance.
Establishing rapport with internal and external clients which creates confidence
in their ability to lead joint efforts and bring projects to a successful completion.

Applying market knowledge and financial research to
formulate specific opportunities for meeting
the identified facility service needs.
Applying knowledge regarding regulatory and
external review organizations in order to ensure that
actions continue to keep CLII in compliance with the requirements of these
governmental organizations.
Providing leadership and working collaboratively in a
team environment.

Providing oversight and governance of completion of
control and mitigation actions within department plans for the business unit

issues and include an understanding of community
system operations.
