- They are theoretical and practical discussion forums. Places to exchange experiences:
- Until today three meetings have been held:
* 2011- Zarzalejos, Madrid
* 2012- Vitoria- Gasteiz, Alava
* 2013- Seville.

Zarzalejos, Madrid (2011)- 80-90 people participated.
- Aims:
* Get to know the existing groups in Spain, how do they understand the degrowth, how they organise themselves, what kind of activities they develop.
* Create a network, that is, get contacts and establish communication and collaboration channels.
* Be a seed for potential shared projects

AIMS
-Get to know and connect experiences that create and reinforce mutual support relationships among people, networks and initiatives.
- Look into strategies to carry out the social and ecological transition, both individually and as a group.
- Coexist and enjoy creative leisure.

Different disciplines: Flamenco, bio-dance, popular games, theatre of the oppressed, theatrical improvisation, collective writing, storyteller, graphic art...
FEELINGS, THE IMMEDIATE CONCLUSSIONS- Participation: 300 people approximately. 2/3 from Seville.
FEELINGS, THE IMMEDIATE CONCLUSSIONS- Un encuentro cabezón (a big head meeting) = Cabeza + Corazón (Head + Heart).
- Personal and collective meeting space, to help in the transition process.
- We showed that another world is possible, overcoming the different crisis with alternatives.
