This year we’ve created a collection of Wintery Christmas desserts that we hope everyone will love.

This Christmas selection contains mouth-watering options for your customer’s festive offerings as well as some exciting new lines that are here to stay.

From chocolate and salted caramel, to ginger and kirsch, this year’s selection will have everyone tantalised and tempted.

ORANGE, MANDARIN &GINGER CHEESECAKEFresh cream cheesecake mousse madeusing full fat soft cheese set on a ginger biscuit crumb base with a mandarin compote in the centre and decorated with sparkly orange glaze and caramelised orange zest.

SALTED CARAMEL & CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKEDigestive biscuit crumb base filled with our vanilla cheesecake and salted caramel cheesecake slowly baked. Decorated with rich Belgium chocolate ganache, swirled with white chocolate and gold dust.

Thin layer of oaty orange crumble topped with a rich red wine, cinnamon, orange, mixed berries and Kentish Bramley apple compote topped with zesty orange & oaty shortbread crumble.

Traditional French frozen dessert made using honey, whipped cream and egg whites and mixed with glace cherries, roasted hazelnuts, pistachios & sultanas. This is a freezer to table dessert.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE FONDANTMade using rich Belgium Dark chocolate to a traditional recipe, with the addition of orange oil and a mandarin orange centre. Rich Belgium chocolate orange sponge with a soft runny centre. Works great straight from the freezer to microwave.

CHERRY KIRSCH TORTE Fresh cream mousse made using Kirsch set on a chocolate soaked kirsch sponge with black cherries topped with Belgium chocolate ganache and white chocolate shavings.
