Directing the DoD Trusted Capital program to provide companies critical to

Leading a strategically innovative team to build a broad range of capital solutions to assist in creating an investment ecosystem that fosters deal flow in the interest of national security.
Collaborating with key executive staff members in OUSD (A&S), OUSD(R&E),
other OSD offices and agencies, the Joint Staff and the Services on matters involving assigned cyber portfolios, supply chain risk management, and trusted capital. Works with industry chief executive officers to incentivize industry adoption of cyber security standards.

All newly appointed Career SES leaders must sign the Reassignment Rights Obligations Agreement as a condition of appointment into the SES.

In order to qualify for this position, you must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).

Demonstrated knowledge across a wide range of complex acquisition topics to include acquisition policy and the strategies for securing the defense industrial base.
Demonstrated managerial competence and broad background in a wide range of cybersecurity topics, with a specific emphasis on the cybersecurity challenges with securing the Defense Industrial Base.
Demonstrated ability to translate broad national security
objectives/policies into specific programmatic guidance for cyber, supply chain, and trusted capital portfolios.
DoD Joint Enterprise-Wide Experience Statement
In addition, DoD requires an Enterprise Perspective. This individual must have the ability to apply a broad point of view and an awareness and understanding of individual or organizational responsibilities in relation to
DoD or government-wide strategic priorities is required. Executives must demonstrate ability to work with internal and external partners to support
national security objectives. This perspective is typically gained through a
variety of diverse work experiences.

Additional information Section 1109 of the National Defense Authorization
Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 permits a qualified individual to be given an initial appointment into the Senior Executive Service (SES) within the Department of Defense (DoD) without being subject to the certification of Executive Core Qualifications (ECQ) by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Qualifications Review Board (QRB). A career SES
appointment made under this authority does not guarantee that you will
