Celebrating Success
Paul Garrett (Dean MS) shared "There were six computers in a testing lab they kept failing network requirements. I found a loop in a switch. The switch had two connections to the wall. Computers are back on the network and testing started on time.“ On Friday, we received word that testing had been successful throughout the week at
Dean.
Customer Care Center shares Technicians from the following campuses reports successful set ups of iSupportviews: Anthony, Hamilton, Truitt, Kahla, Spillane and Campbell!
Sandra Hoppe (Hamilton MS) shared "Testing went smoothly - we used the wireless Chromebooks for STAAR testing this week with no issues."
June Hightower (Kahla MS) shared "Had a great week doing
STAAR no issues online testing."
Rosemary Hernandez (Truitt MS) shared "The STARR TESTING
went great only a couple of hiccups but nothing major!! ."

Celebrating Success
The Customer Care Center and Doug Baker worked together to create a report to be sent out on a weekly basis for Aragon Middle School to track which department was using a specific printer and get an idea of the costs of use. This feature can be enabled on all printers in Printer Logic and can be a powerful
tool to keep inventory for a campus immaculate and users accountable.

continuing to review the information regarding each week’s successful completion in order to provide more
efficient service to each customer.
