Receive Case Notice List Query CCMS-V4-CAS807 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a request for the notice list on a case from an Integration Partner (IP). The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:
IP wishes to receive the list of participants that are on the notice list for a case in the Trial Court.

Receive Minute Order Notification CCMS-V4-DSP822 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive from an Integration Partner (IP), a set of minute codes to create a draft minute order associated with a future hearing on a case. This applies to all the CCMS-V4 case categories. The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:
IP wishes to send in MOCS codes for proposed orders on probation violation.
IP wishes to send in MOCS codes on probation recommendations.

Receive Accounting Reconciliation Report from EFSPs Notification CCMS-V4-EFL801 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive payment information from an Integration Partner (IP). The Trial Court will use this information to reconcile payment data recorded in CCMS-V4 with the payments forwarded by the Integration Partner on electronically filed cases. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:

Case consolidation notification: The Trial Court consolidates more than one case, (e.g., same minor with two cases) into a lead case.
Case de-consolidation notification: The Trial Court de-consolidates previously consolidated cases either due to a clerical error or judicial order.
