Consumer Affairs:Provide referral for consumer rights and assistance withthe purchasing of a house, car and other consumer goods,insurance and car accident claim, and representation.
Counselling:Personal, Education and family problems.Provide advice and referral to appropriate services.Support spiritual and religious needs of elderlyCambodians.
Education:Encourage young Cambodian Generation to study Khmerlanguage classes at primary and secondary levels atSpringvale Khmer Education Centre every Saturday from9:00amto 12:00pm.Secondary tutorial support program.Adult English Classes for disadvantage group.
Employment:Provide referral and liaison between the unemployed andemployers, Centrelink and other training providers.
Increases awareness of training, education and labourmarket programs to unemployed clients.Assist young long term unemployed Cambodian youth tobe ready through enhancement of job hunting skills, letterwriting and interviewing techniques.
Fine Arts:
Run Cambodian folk and classical dance classes as ameans of maintaining cultural heritage and sharing thiswith the Australian Community.
Health:Provide ethno specific advice to professionals of theSpringvale Community Healthy Centre and other healthservice provider.Organise information session for the benefit ofCambodian elderly, youth and women.Maximise the use of the Springvale Community HealthCentre's services by Cambodians
Immigration & Community SettlementServices:Provide settlement services to new arrival anddisadvantage group.
Others:Assist with letters to various authorities on all other matterof advocacy.Make telephone calls on behalf of clients.Refer clients regarding legal, family and financial matters.Provide a link between the Cambodian Community andother networks and services.
Finance:
Referral assistance on financial matters.All forms Centrelink for income maintenance
