dirt portal
Too often we end up dealing with the dirt after it has been spread through the building.
Vacuuming
Dry Soil Removal prevents carpet fiber abrasion leading to fraying and mattingGreen: HEPA Filtration for Indoor Air Quality
Vacuum Strategies• Define areas by traffic levels• Define areas by activity• Define areas by distance from entrances
Not all carpeted areas are going to be treated the same.
IAQ and Carpets
• Well maintained carpets have a positive impact on Indoor Air Quality
• Vacuum’s equipped with proper filtration can reduce the amount of particulates emitted into the air.
Spot / Spill Removal
Spot Frequently.
Prevent Staining.
Matching spotting product/process to the spot.
Interim Maintenance
• When dry soil removal is not enough.
• What does it do?
– Cleans top portion of carpet fiber
• Why?
– It’s easy and dries fast
– Reduces the need to deep clean
Mostly high and moderate traffic areas.
Interim Cleaning
Removes adhered soils / spots that vacuuming does not.Fast drying, low moisture
Not a deep cleaning replacement.
Encapsulation Cleaning with ECO2
• Fast Dry: 1 hour• More effective• Residue Free: Encap Polymer• Fresher Carpets: Oxygen
Restorative Cleaning
Deep cleaning of the entire carpet fiber.Cannot eliminate this ingredient.
Pre-spray traffic lanes
