The project at Hartsdale improved various station building components to prevent water infiltration through the
roofing systems, windows, and exterior walls.
Tarrytown Parking LotThe scope of work for the renovation of the TarrytownEmployee Parking consists of excavation and compacted backfill forlot, installation of new curbs, concrete island, hybrid solar‐windlighting, and concrete bollards.

• Ticket Office upgraded to include; new millwork, finishes, ceiling tiles, improved lighting, and a new ADA accessible counter and transaction tray
• New air-conditioning system • Upgraded bathrooms. • New wall panels, new floor tiles, new ceiling tiles throughout the station• New stair portals to tracks, and a brighter and more energy efficient LED lighting system• Build a new concession stand
