:: ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS ::

Work Requirement• At least 2 years of full-time work after high school
Academic Requirements
• Associate – High school diploma or GED certificate
• Bachelor – 60 semester or 90 quarter transferable hours with a 2.0 GPA or higher from any regionally accredited college or university
• Master – Bachelor degree with an overall 2.5 GPA from any regionally accredited college or university
:: CLASS ATTENDANCE ::
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS• One absence per 5-week course and two
absences per 6-week course (or longer) is allowed but not recommended.
• If you exceed the permitted number of absences you must retake the course before graduation.
PROGRAM BREAKS• Breaks are scheduled periodically throughout
the program between some courses and always during the Christmas and New Year weeks
:: GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS ::
UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
Associate Program• Complete of 62-hour core program• A cumulative G.P.A. of 2.0 and a minimum of a 2.0 in
both COM140 and COM141
Bachelor Programs• Complete a total of 124 hours including the 40-hour
core and 30 or more hours of liberal arts• A cumulative GPA of 2.25 in the core and 2.0 overall
All Undergraduate Programs• Payment of all tuition and fees
:: ELECTIVE OPTIONS ::
TRANSFER CREDIT OPTIONS• Credits from regionally accredited colleges
• IWU onsite or online course credits
• Portfolio of Prior Learning (40 hours maximum)
• Certification of credits from colleges or schools that are not regionally accredited
• Documentation of on-the-job training, work experience and other non-institutional learning
• CLEP or DANTES standard tests (no limit on hours)
• Transfer credits may not duplicate any core course
ACADEMIC ADVISING• Consultation with an academic advisor to complete hours is required for
bachelors degree program students
• Is only available after admission

• Completion of all core courses
• A grade of “C” or better in every course and a cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Approval by the Director of the Business and Management Programs that the Applied Management Project meets the specification and requirements of Indiana Wesleyan University
• Payment of all tuition and fees

• Payment schedules and class calendars for each program are generated and distributed before each cohort group begins
