I do better with what I have?”

activities is not to produce a lot ofrecommendations that will never be applied.Indeed, it only is worth spending time on suchactivities if they lead to applicable action plans,owned by the people in the client company,whether those plans are strategic or operational.

Flash Diagnosis

- A flash diagnosis is a one-to-three dayprocess. Our expert business consultants

will spend up to two hours with key HRpersonnel collecting information at one-

to-one meetings.A short collection of recommendationscomplete with working leads and keyareas for improvement will be given toour customer based on:

  Interviews and managementfield perception

  Figures collected  Benchmarks and best practice

- Areas that should be included in this

short diagnosis will be predeterminedwith the customer based on perceivedneeds.

HR Performance Analysis

- We aim to provide a comprehensiveanalysis of HR performance and topropose detailed action plans to developHR performance in line with ourcustomer’s strategy. Common enquiriesinclude: “Is my HR function performing

well according to my circumstances andbest practice? Can I improve it? Where

and how?”- This is a 10-to-20 day process covering

the following main areas:  Organisation analysis  Process review  HRIS mapping  HR function costs

HRIS Performance review

- This performance review can

complement or replace the HRPerformance Analysis, focusing solelyon HRIS Solutions with HR AccessSuite. Our HR Access Suite expertscan help our customer to answer thefollowing question: “Is my HR AccessSuite currently used at full capacity?”  

- This is a 10-to-20 day process coveringthe following main aspects:

  Features deployed  Deploying users and system

features appropriately  Quality of customisation and

the adaptation to newrequirements not in theoriginal solution

This review will result in recommendations whichenable our customer’s HR Access Suite tooptimally meet their needs. 

Whatever the type of analysis, our customers canexpect the following outputs in addition toconcrete action and a related high-level business

plan:- A shared vision of the key HR objectives,

according to the current situation andmoreover to the targeted one

- Key personnel mobilised to increase HRperformance
