(i) The eir Talktime UK and eir TalkTime Anytime UK bundles are made available at a reduced rate with a discount of €4.13 ex VAT (€5.08 inc vat) off rates shown which applies for the
first six months following signup before reverting to standard bundle rates shown above. eir reserves the right to withdraw this offer by giving relevant notice in accordance with normal
requirements. The bundles are subject to 12 month PSTN and Broadband contract terms.
(ii) The eir Talktime Talker and Next Generation Broadband Velocity Bundle, the eir Talktime Chatter and Next Generation Broadband Velocity Bundle, the eir TalkTime After Hours and
Next Generation Broadband Velocity and the eir TalkTime Anytime and Next Generation Broadband Velocity Bundle are made available subject to a 12 month contract term being
applied to the customer’s PSTN service and a 12 month contract term being applied to the customer’s broadband service. For the avoidance of doubt, early cease charge(s) will apply
where either of these services is ceased within the minimum contract term.

It should be noted that a customer availing of Standalone Broadband will not be able to receive calls or make outbound calls from their line. Access to emergency

numbers is not available.The Broadband terms and conditions will apply together with the terms and conditions governing the customer’s use of the components included any bundle.
Where customer usage exceeds the specified monthly download/upload limit appropriate to the customer's chosen level, the company reserves the right to charge
the customer for the excess use or to request the customer to select a more appropriate level. In the event of a customer refusing or neglecting to select an
appropriate level, eircom may upon due notice terminate the provision of the facility to the customer. The additional charge for excess usage is €2.00 per GB (€1.65
ex. VAT) up to a maximum of €24.00 (inc. VAT) per month.

eir Broadband / eircom Talktime Bundle
“The Company” means eir Limited, Registered as a Branch in Ireland Number 907674,
Incorporated in Jersey Number 116389 and any successor thereto;
"Customer" means a person with whom eir makes, has made or, is deemed to have an
agreement for the provision to such person of a telecommunications service and also means a
person to whom such service has been or, is being provided.
"Eligible Customers" mean telephone customers who avail of both an eircom Talktime facility
and an eir Broadband facility.
“Excluded Calls” means calls to other mobile operators not included in the package,
Chargecard calls, calls to the Eirpac service, calls to other packet switched networks, calls made
to Premium Rate Telephone Service, calls to Directory Enquiry Service, calls to certain Phone
Services, Teleconferencing calls, calls made by use of the Virtual Private Network Facility,
Operator Assisted Calls, FreeFone 1800 calls received by the customer, CallSave 1850 calls
received by the customer, LoCall 1890 calls received by the customer, non-geographic shortcall
calls received by the customer, calls made to the Local 0818 service; calls made by the
customer to CallSave 1850, SMS (Short Messaging Service) Calls made by the Customer, calls
made by the customer to LoCall 1890, calls made by the customer to UK FreeFone numbers e.g.
0800 and 0845 calls, calls made to Internet Access 1891, calls made to Internet Access 1892,
calls made to Flat Rate Internet Access 1893, calls made to Inmarsat, Iridium, EMSAT, calls to
VoIP 076 numbers and calls made to Skyphone mobile telephony systems. (The prices for these
excluded calls, and other eir products, can be found at www.eir.ie/pricing/ or by dialling eir at
1901)”
“VOIP” means Voice Over Internet Protocol using 076 prefix:
1. The Company may provide a facility in www.eir.ie/pricing referred to as “eircom Talktime
and broadband bundles” to eir customers who avail of both an eircom Talktime facility and an
eir Broadband facility whereby such customers may avail of discounted bundled rates on the
rates payable on certain eircom Talktime facilities and certain eir Broadband facilities. The
discounted bundled rates and the eircom Talktime and eir Broadband facilities to which they
apply are as set out as above. The Company may at its absolute discretion withdraw the
eircom Talktime and eir Broadband bundles from all or any customers.

2. It shall be a condition of the application of the eircom Talktime and eir Broadband bundles
(the facility) that:
i. The Facility is only available to customers who avail of both an eircom Talktime
and an eir Broadband facility simultaneously.
ii. Usage of the Facility is deemed to be acceptance of the eircom Talktime and
broadband Bundle terms and conditions.
iii. In addition to these terms and conditions, the standard terms and conditions of
relevant eircom Talktime and eir Broadband facilities apply.
iv. The Facility is subject to a minimum 12 month contract period. The contract
period will be deemed to commence on the Initial Bill date. For the purposes of
this paragraph, the Initial Bill Date shall be the date on which the company
applies this Facility to the customer’s account.
3. Where the Facility is ceased during the minimum contract period, eir reserves the right to
charge the customer the monthly rental for the balance of the unexpired contract period. In
the event that the customer fails to return the modem within 14 days, eir reserves the right to
charge the customer the cost of the relevant modem as set out above.
4. A customer may cease this Facility without penalty up to 2 weeks after the Initial Bill Date.
5. The following business rules apply to customers wishing to avail of the Facility:
a) customer availing of a broadband promotion or part thereof is ineligible to avail of this
Facility until their Broadband promotion expires.
b) a customer availing of broadband connection promotion is eligible for the Facility.
c) a customer availing of an eircom Talktime promotion or part thereof is ineligible for the Facility discount until their current eircom Talktime promotion expires.
d) customers availing of split billing are not eligible for the Facility.
e) Customers availing of the eir Social Benefit Scheme are eligible for the Facility.

6. eir family bundle and eir friends bundle 6.1 The eir family bundle (eircom Talktime family & eir Broadband) and eir friends
bundle (eircom Talktime friends & eir Broadband) are made available as permanent
offers to those customers who sign up after the 21st April 2009. eir reserves the
right to amend the eir family bundle and eir friends bundle in accordance with
standard notification arrangements.
6.2 (i) Applicable only to current eircom Talktime Family customers who applied for
the Facility between the 6th of October 2008 and the 31st of March 2009:
eir may at its absolute discretion, without further notice to the customer,
withdraw the eir family facility from a customer account where the usage
of the Facility on the account exceeds 500 Anytime minutes per month of
calls to eir Mobile Customers.
(ii) Applicable only to current eircom Talktime Friends customers who applied
for the Facility between the 6th of October 2008 and the 31st of March 2009:
eir may at its absolute discretion, without further notice to the customer,
withdraw the eir friends facility from a customer account where the usage
of the Facility on the account exceeds 500 off-peak minutes per month of
calls to eir Mobile Customers.
6.3 (i) Applicable only to current eircom Talktime Family customers who applied for
the Facility after the 21st of April 2009: Applicable call rates are available as
above. Calls to eir Mobile in excess of 200 minutes per month of Anytime calls shall be chargeable as set out above.
(ii) Applicable only to current eircom Talktime Friends customers who applied for
the Facility after the 21st of April 2009: Applicable call rates are available as
above. Calls to eir Mobile in excess of 200 minutes per month of off-peak calls shall be chargeable as set out as above.
(iii) Applicable only to current eircom Talktime Family and eircom Talktime Friends
customers who applied for the Facility between the 6th of October 2008 and the
31st of March 2009: Applicable call rates are available in eircom Talktime Legacy Terms and Conditions.

7. eircom Talktime UK and eircom Talktime Anytime UK bundle.
i. The eircom Talktime UK and eircom Talktime Anytime UK bundles are made
available with an introductory discount as set out as above, which applies for the first
six months following uptake of the bundle.
ii. The bundles are made available subject to a 12 month contract term being applied to
the customer’s PSTN service and a 12 month contract term being applied to the
customer’s broadband service. For the avoidance of doubt, early cease charge(s)
will apply where either or both of these services are ceased within the minimum
contract period.
iii. Only 6 monthly instalments of the introductory discount may apply per account.
Customers availing of an eircom Talktime UK or eircom Talktime Anytime UK
bundle who change from an eircom Talktime UK bundle to an eircom Talktime Anytime UK bundle or vice versa or who change their Broadband bundle to one with
a different speed or NGB allowance within the initial 6 months will receive the
outstanding instalments of introductory discount up to no more than 6 instalments.
iv. Customers must remain on one of the eircom Talktime UK or eircom Talktime Anytime UK promotional bundles in order to avail of all 6 monthly instalments of the
introductory discount.
8. This Facility shall automatically cease on a customer’s account if the customer ceases to
avail of either the eircom Talktime or eir Broadband component of this Facility. In such
event, the provisions of clause 7 hereof shall apply, the customer shall continue to avail of
the component of the Facility which it has not ceased on the terms and conditions that
applied to that component prior to the implementation of this Facility on their account.
9. One month’s notice will be given to the Customer of any increase in either the charges for
calls made from the telecommunications line rented by the Customer or in the rentals for the
telecommunications line(s) or equipment. Full details of all eir’s current charges can be
obtained by visiting www.eir.ie/pricing or by contacting FreeFone 1901 (Residential
Customers).

10. In the event of changes notified by eir to these terms and conditions, you may terminate this
Agreement, without charge, by serving notice in writing prior to the date of implementation of
such changes. You will be deemed to have accepted any implemented changes, by
continuing to use the Services.
11. Unless otherwise agreed or eir otherwise decides, all monies due to eir by the Customer
become payable as soon as an account or demand therefore is issued to the Customer.
Unless otherwise agreed or eir otherwise decides, payment shall be due within fourteen days
of the date of the issue of the account, unless otherwise stipulated within the Customer’s
direct debit agreement terms. The Customer can view their phone bill, the methods of
payment and make a payment by Laser/Visa Debit Card or set up a Direct Debit by visiting
www.eir.ie/bill. For Bill enquiries, Residential Customer can contact us on FreeFone 1901.
12. eir will try to resolve any dispute with the Customer as quickly as possible. All complaints
received by letter, fax or e-mail will be acknowledged within two working days of receipt. The
Customer will be provided with a unique reference number and advised of the expected
investigation and resolution timelines. Details of our complaint handling procedures and how
to log a complaint are set out in eir’s Customer Care Code of Practice for Complaint
Handling, which can be viewed by visiting www.eir.ie/codeofpractice. The Customer can
log a complaint by contacting FreeFone 1901 (Residential customers) or by sending a fax to
our Customer Care Centre at 1800 200 480. In the event the parties cannot agree the
Customer may refer the dispute to any recognised dispute resolution service in accordance
with the Customer Care Code of Practice for Complaint Handling.
13. These terms and conditions together with the eir General Terms and Conditions constitutes
the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the Facility.

eir Consumer Multi-Product Bundles
(legacy bundle not available to new eir customers from 1st August 2014) The Company may provide a Facility in the eir Price List (referred to as “eir Consumer Multi-Product Bundles Facility”, or “The Facility”) to the Company’s
customers who simultaneously avail of at least one instance of two or more of the
following Facilities – eir Talk Facility; eir broadband Facility; eir Mobile Facility; eir
Vision Facility. The Facility may be provided whereby such customers may avail of
discounted bundled rates on the rates payable on certain eir Talk, eir broadband, eir
Mobile and eir Vision facilities. The available discounted bundled rates and the eir
Talk, eir broadband, eir Mobile and eir Vision facilities to which they apply are as set
out above. By giving relevant notice in accordance with normal requirements, the
Company may at its absolute discretion withdraw any or all instances of the Facility
from any or all customers.
A copy of the Regulations may be inspected at eir, 1 Heuston South Quarter, St. John’s Road, Dublin 8, Ireland; by visiting www.eir.ie/pricing; or by contacting Freefone 1901. It shall be a condition of the application of the Facility that:
1. The Facility is only available to Customers who simultaneously avail of at
least one instance of two or more of the following: eir Talk Facility; eir
broadband Facility; eir Mobile Facility; eir Vision Facility. The only available
discounted bundle rates and the eir Talk, eir broadband, eir Mobile and eir
Vision facilities to which they apply are those as set out above.
2. Usage of the Facility is deemed to be acceptance of the Facility terms and
conditions.
3. In addition to these terms and conditions, the standard terms and conditions
of the relevant eir Talk, eir broadband, eir Mobile and eir Vision facilities
apply.

4. The Facility is made available subject to an18 month minimum contract term
(24 month minimum contract term may apply depending on the eir Mobile
handset chosen).For the avoidance of doubt, where any of the eir Talk, eir
broadband, eir Mobile or eir Vision services are ceased within the minimum
contract period the early cease charge(s) applicable to the service(s) ceased
will apply (see “Applicable Early Cease Charges” as outlined in table
below).Customers who wish to cease any of the eir Talk, eir broadband, eir
Mobile or eir Vision services and retain other remaining eir Talk, eir
broadband, eir Mobile or eir Vision services, may by contacting the Company
by telephone or in writing apply to have their bundle changed to a bundle
relevant to the service(s) they wish to retain, if available as set out above,
subject to commencing a new 18 or 24 month contract on the retained
service(s) and subject to payment of any early cease charge(s) applicable to
the service(s) ceased. Unless the Customer avails of an alternative bundle
the Customer shall continue to avail of the component(s) of the Facility which
it has not ceased on the terms and conditions that apply to those
components, at undiscounted prices and subject to the remainder of the
minimum contract term of the original bundle.

5. In the event that the Customer ceases within the minimum contract period
and fails to return any supplied eir broadband modem within 14 days, the
Company reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of the
modem as defined in the eir Price List.

6. The following business rules apply to customers wishing to avail of the Facility:
i. Customers availing certain promotions may be ineligible to avail of this
Facility until such time as said promotion(s) have expired or are removed upon agreement with the customer.
ii. Customers availing of Split Billing are not eligible for the Facility.
7. The Facility shall automatically cease on a Customer’s account if the
Customer ceases to avail of any of the eir Talk, eir broadband, eir Mobile or
eir Vision components of the Facility. In such event,
i. The provisions of clause 5 hereof shall apply where applicable.
ii. Unless the Customer avails of an alternative bundle the Customer
shall continue to avail of the component(s) of the Facility which it has
not ceased on the terms and conditions that apply to those
components, subject to the remainder of the minimum contract term of
the original bundle. In such event the Customer may, by contacting
the Company by telephone or in writing, apply to avail of the bundle
Facility relevant to the service(s) they wish to retain, if available as set
out above, subject to commencing a new 18 month contract on the
retained service(s) and subject to payment of any early cease
charge(s) applicable if the service(s) is / are ceased in accordance
with clause 4 above.
8. A Customer may change their bundle by availing of a new eir Talk, eir
broadband, eir Mobile or eir Vision Facility subject to commencing a new
minimum contract as applicable to the bundle to which they move.
9. Where a Customer avails of more than one instance of a service as part of
their bundle the applicable minimum contract terms applies to each instance.
Where a Customer agrees to enter into a new minimum contract term in
respect of any instance of a service that forms part of their bundle, that
contract term may supersede the original bundle contract minimum term in
respect of that service.

10. Where the Customer changes from one of the eir Consumer Multi-Product
Bundles to another, the benefits applicable to the ceased bundle shall apply
on a pro-rata basis to the new bundle as per the date on which the change
was made.
11. For bill display purposes, the costs of individual rated items may be shown
rounded to the nearest whole cent based on standard rounding. An
adjustment may be applied to the bill in order to reconcile any difference
between the total of the rounded values shown and the applicable total based
on the actual unrounded cost of individual items.
12. One month’s notice will be given to the Customer of any increase in either the
charges for calls made from the telecommunications line rented by the
Customer or in the rentals for the telecommunications line(s) or equipment.

13. In the event of changes notified by the Company to these terms and
conditions, the Customer may terminate the Agreement without charge, by
serving notice in writing prior to the date of implementation of any such
changes. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted any implemented
changes, by continuing to use the Services.
14. Unless otherwise agreed or eir otherwise decides, all monies due to the
Company by the Customer become payable as soon as an account or a
demand is issued to the Customer. Unless otherwise agreed or the Company
otherwise decides, payment shall be due within fourteen days of the date of
the issue of the account, unless otherwise stipulated within the Customer’s
direct debit agreement terms. The Customer can view their phone bill, the
methods of payment and make a payment by Laser/Visa Debit Card or set up
a Direct Debit by visiting www.eir.ie/bill. For Bill enquiries, Residential
Customer can contact us on Freefone 1901.

15. The Company will try to resolve any dispute with the Customer as quickly as
possible. All complaints received by letter, fax or e-mail will be acknowledged
within two working days of receipt. The Customer will be provided with a
unique reference number and advised of the expected investigation and
resolution timelines. Details of our complaint handling procedures and how to
log a complaint are set out in eir’s Customer Care Code of Practice for
Complaint Handling, which can be viewed by visiting
www.eir.ie/codeofpractice. The Customer can log a complaint by contacting
Freefone 1901 (Residential customers) or by sending a fax to our Customer
Care Centre at 1800 200 480. In the event the parties cannot agree the
Customer may refer the dispute to any recognised dispute resolution service
in accordance with the Customer Care Code of Practice for Complaint
Handling.
16. These terms and conditions together with the Company’s General Terms and
Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to
the Facility.

4. The Facility is made available subject to an18 month minimum contract term
(24 month minimum contract term may apply depending on the mobile
handset chosen). For the avoidance of doubt, where any of the eir Talk, eir
broadband, eir Mobile or eir Vision services are ceased within the minimum
contract period the early cease charge(s) applicable to the service(s) ceased
will apply (see “Applicable Early Cease Charges” as outlined in table
below).Customers who wish to cease any of the eir Talk, eir broadband, eir
Mobile or eir Vision services and retain other remaining eir Talk, eir
broadband, eir Mobile or eir Vision services, may by contacting the Company
by telephone or in writing apply to have their bundle changed to a bundle
relevant to the service(s) they wish to retain, if available as set out above,
subject to commencing a new 18 or 24 month contract on the retained
service(s) and subject to payment of any early cease charge(s) applicable to
the service(s) ceased. Unless the Customer avails of an alternative bundle
the Customer shall continue to avail of the component(s) of the Facility which
it has not ceased on the terms and conditions that apply to those
components, at undiscounted prices and subject to the remainder of the
minimum contract term of the original bundle.

5. In the event that the Customer ceases within the minimum contract period
and fails to return any supplied eir broadband modem within 14 days, the
Company reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of the
modem as defined in the eir Price List.

6. The following business rules apply to customers wishing to avail of the Facility:
i. Customers availing certain promotions may be ineligible to avail of this
Facility until such time as said promotion(s) have expired or are removed upon agreement with the customer.
ii. Customers availing of Split Billing are not eligible for the Facility.
7. The Facility shall automatically cease on a Customer’s account if the
Customer ceases to avail of any of the eir Talk, eir broadband, eir Mobile or
eir Vision components of the Facility. In such event,
i. The provisions of clause 5 hereof shall apply where applicable.
ii. Unless the Customer avails of an alternative bundle the Customer
shall continue to avail of the component(s) of the Facility which it has
not ceased on the terms and conditions that apply to those
components, subject to the remainder of the minimum contract term of
the original bundle. In such event the Customer may, by contacting
the Company by telephone or in writing, apply to avail of the bundle
Facility relevant to the service(s) they wish to retain, if available as set
out above, subject to commencing a new 18 month contract on the
retained service(s) and subject to payment of any early cease
charge(s) applicable if the service(s) is / are ceased in accordance
with clause 4 above.
8. A Customer may change their bundle by availing of a new eir Talk, eir
broadband, eir Mobile or eir Vision Facility subject to commencing a new
minimum contract as applicable to the bundle to which they move.
9. Where a Customer avails of more than one instance of a service as part of
their bundle the applicable minimum contract terms applies to each instance.
Where a Customer agrees to enter into a new minimum contract term in
respect of any instance of a service that forms part of their bundle, that
contract term may supersede the original bundle contract minimum term in
respect of that service.

10. Where the Customer changes from one of the eir Consumer Multi-Product
Bundles to another, the benefits applicable to the ceased bundle shall apply
on a pro-rata basis to the new bundle as per the date on which the change
was made.
11. For bill display purposes, the costs of individual rated items may be shown
rounded to the nearest whole cent based on standard rounding. An
adjustment may be applied to the bill in order to reconcile any difference
between the total of the rounded values shown and the applicable total based
on the actual unrounded cost of individual items.
12. One month’s notice will be given to the Customer of any increase in either the
charges for calls made from the telecommunications line rented by the
Customer or in the rentals for the telecommunications line(s) or equipment.

13. In the event of changes notified by the Company to these terms and
conditions, the Customer may terminate the Agreement without charge, by
serving notice in writing prior to the date of implementation of any such
changes. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted any implemented
changes, by continuing to use the Services.
14. Unless otherwise agreed or eir otherwise decides, all monies due to the
Company by the Customer become payable as soon as an account or a
demand is issued to the Customer. Unless otherwise agreed or the Company
otherwise decides, payment shall be due within fourteen days of the date of
the issue of the account, unless otherwise stipulated within the Customer’s
direct debit agreement terms. The Customer can view their phone bill, the
methods of payment and make a payment by Laser/Visa Debit Card or set up
a Direct Debit by visiting www.eir.ie/bill. For Bill enquiries, Residential

15. The Company will try to resolve any dispute with the Customer as quickly as
possible. All complaints received by letter, fax or e-mail will be acknowledged
within two working days of receipt. The Customer will be provided with a
unique reference number and advised of the expected investigation and
resolution timelines. Details of our complaint handling procedures and how to
log a complaint are set out in eir’s Customer Care Code of Practice for
Complaint Handling, which can be viewed by visiting
www.eir.ie/codeofpractice. The Customer can log a complaint by contacting
Freefone 1901 (Residential customers) or by sending a fax to our Customer
Care Centre at 1800 200 480. In the event the parties cannot agree the
Customer may refer the dispute to any recognised dispute resolution service
in accordance with the Customer Care Code of Practice for Complaint
Handling.
16. These terms and conditions together with the Company’s General Terms and
Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties in relation to
the Facility.
