The Millars Knowes and the Targets in Hawick – Inever tire of the great view over the town.
Tell us about your home or dream home?
I’d love to build a house in the country . . . ideally set
on its own at the top of a hill, with a sunken hot tub
on the veranda to relax in as you sip a glass of wine
and enjoy the great views.
Tell us about your role within Haddon & Turnbull?
My role in the firm is quite varied as I cover the main
reception but I’m mainly involved in the property side
of things. I take all the photographs and prepare sales
particulars, organise all the marketing and advertising,
and arrange viewings.
How long have you worked with the firm?
12 years
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The variety I think. I enjoy getting out and about,
taking photographs and meeting with clients . . . and
the sense of satisfaction you get from helping
someone sell their property.

Lying on a white sandy beach in the Caribbeanwith a book in one hand and a cocktail in theother.
What’s your greatest achievement?
Bringing up my gorgeous daughter.
Name two things you can’t live without?
My other half says it’s him but it’s really baconrolls and chocolate!
What’s your favourite Borders eatery?
Now that’s a hard one as there’s so many good
places to choose from! I do love the carvery at
The Mayfield Restaurant in Hawick though.
Who is your favourite author/ artistor designer?
I don’t have a favourite as such but I read a lot
of books by Peter James, Frederick Forsyth and
Lesley Pearce.
What’s playing in your car right now?
Moby
What natural talent would you like tohave?
To be a good singer but unfortunately I’m tone deaf!
