Alterations Form

Need alterations? We’re here to help. We suggest that you first email us at concierge@blacklapel.com so that we can provide you with an objective second opinion of how your garments fit. You’ll get personal attention from one of our expert stylists who will make suggestions on how to best improve the fit of your custom clothes.

Back Lapel will reimburse your alterations cost up to $75 per suit and up to $50 for all other made-to-measure items.

Alterations credits are available within 30 days of receiving your custom made product.

After you submit a scan or image of this form online along with your alterations receipt, the alterations credit will appear on your credit card statement within 10 days of approval. We will also make sure that your measurements are updated for future orders.
