In supersession of the Notice dated12th January, 2019 and corrigendum dated29th January, 2019, fresh Notice is herebygiven, pursuant to Regulation 47(1) of theSecurities and Exchange Board of India(Listing Obligations and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations, 2015, that(05th of 2018-19) meeting of the Board ofDirectors of Kkalpana Industries (India)Limited will be held on Monday, the 11th dayof February, 2019 at 3:30P.M. at itsRegistered Office at 2B Pretoria Street,Kolkata-700 071, inter-alia, to consider,approve and take on recordthe Un-auditedFinancial Results (Standalone &Consolidated) of the company for the quarterand nine months ended 31st December,2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 of theSecurities and Exchange Board of India(Listing Obligations and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations, 2015 and toconsider appointment of two additionaldirectors namely Mr. Dev Krishna Suranaand Mrs. Ramya Hariharan.
Further, the trading window of the Companyfor dealing in equity shares of the Companywill remain closed for all directors,executives one level below the Board anddesignated persons with effect from06th February, 2019 to 13th February, 2019(both days inclusive), pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations, 2015 read with Code ofConduct to regulate, monitor and reporttrading by insiders framed by the Company.
In accordance with Regulation 47(2) of theSecurities and Exchange Board of India(Listing Obligations and DisclosureRequirements) Regulations, 2015, the saidnotice may be accessed on the company'swebsite at www.kkalpanagroup.com and canalso be accessed at BSE's website atwww.bseindia.comand CSE's websiteatwww.cseindia.com
