Safety is Our Value
We measure safety performance bythe number of incidents.
But lets be clear
its really not about incident rates
its about people.People who have faces, names,
families, hopes, and dreams.

Flex N Stretch
Stretching is a simple and effectiveactivity that will help you enhance yourwork performance, decrease yourlikelihood of a work-related injury andminimize muscle soreness.
Stretching increases the length of both
your muscles and tendons (whichimproves range-of-motion) and bringsoxygen to your brain and muscles.
Just stretch far enough until you feelsome resistance and stopdo notoverexert yourself. If at anytime you
feel discomfort or pain, you need toSTOP.
Stretch with your team at the start ofthe day, and make it a habit to startteam meetings with simple stretches.
