market numbers indicate a bottom and slow growth
The Beaver creek resort market seems to have found its bottom in terms of prices and activity. The last eight quarters (below) show a flattening and small increase in activity and prices for all three villages (Beaver creek, Bachelor gulch and arrowhead). The “recovery” seems to be slightly more distinctive then what we are seeing in the vail village/ lionshead market where activity and prices remain flat. for Beaver creek resort buyers, now may be the best time to purchase in the resort.
