Instructions:

1/ Divide the paper in a 32x32 grid (color side up)2/ Fold all creases (except the bold ones)3/ Collapse (see pictures 1 and 2)4/ Form the heart using the bold creases (see picture 3)5/ Shape to taste

Notes:(1) These creases originate when folding flat after collapsing.(2) These creases are needed in order to be able to open up the heart in the middle.
