CONCEPT
• A group of non-profits will comprise a CDC with the mission of providing low cost space, business development services, creative arts development and community services
• Acquire and renovate St. Rose of Lima 47,000 sf site: 2 school buildings, a single family home and the church.
• Incubate artists and other cultural entrepreneurs, a charter school, related businesses and other social or community development programs.
• Artists, designers, and performers provide enrichment classes for elementary school students.
• Economic generator in historic Bayou Road target area.
