BASI Fit™ Mat is a training course for fitness professionals who want to add professional-level Pilates work to their fitness programs. It qualifies the fitness professional to instruct group Mat classes in a health club environment. The course is 2 days in length. Tuition includes workbook.

The BASI Fit Mat curriculum is devised by BASI Pilates® founder Rael Isacowitz. It provides a solid foundation in both the theory and the practice of the method. This course is approved by ACE, NASM and PMA for CEC’s.
