BB GAP
BB GAP is the acronym for the Balfour Beatty - Group Audit Protocol.
The objectives of BB GAP are:
• To provide assurance to the Balfour Beatty Board and to OpCo management teams that SHEQ is being managed effectively
• To maintain certification to OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, as a by product of the BB GAP audit process
• To encourage and assess progress beyond certification, and to facilitate benchmarking.
