Outdoor Rowing Fees ◦ HS-ONLY Rowers: $275.00 (LBC Fee + WSS Fee)
LBC Fee = use of boat club, insurance, RCA registration
WSS Fee = entries, maintenance, repairs, equipment
◦ CLUB-2015 Rowers: $70.00 (WSS Fee)
◦ Coxswains: $205 (LBC Fee Only)

Elements of Risk:
Physical Injury: ◦ Dryland Training (erging, weights, runs, circuits)

Overtraining: ◦ Athletes are regularly monitored, but overtraining can occur if
an athlete attempts “too much, too soon”

All coaches certified for VHF marine radio Alessandra certified for Standard First Aid & Health Care Provider (HCP) Level CPR/AED
