We are an agency that specializes in the scouting of

emerging talent all over the world. We also develop

and educate youth players in coordination with top

clubs, and provide soccer representation and

counseling in sports negotiations between players

and organizations.

Our delegations are located in Asturias (Spain) and

Chicago (USA). Future Players also provides specific

development programs for foreign players in both

Spain and the US. We do not believe in words but in

deeds. We work actively to assist our players in their

representation to all clubs and entities with whom we

collaborate professionally.

Our network includes several national and inter-

national clubs, where we have worked in the past to

assist young players to achieve their professional

goals both nationally and internationally. Moreover,

we assist clubs with their preparation and roster

making, counseling them with their methodology and

recruiting required players according to their

seasonal needs.

Our team of highly qualified professionals consists of

national and international partners who work

constantly to bring the most urgent requirements and

information to our attention. We are always current

with our methodology and player development

models. We have a scouting network in Spain as well

as in the USA. This scouting and recruitment is either

oriented and directed to the clubs themselves, or we

are also acting as a brokerage for players needing

new contracts as chosen by our group of

professional agents.

Our programs to develop soccer players are in Spain, more specifically in Principado de Asturias,

town of Gijon, and in Chicago (USA).

In the city of Gijon Spain, we provide our foreign

players the best facilities, coaching, team partici-

pation, and schooling and study options.

Future players predominately consists of a group of

retired professional soccer players who bring their

knowledge in Spanish football to guarantee the best

training and support for players hoping for a

professional career, giving him stellar opportunities

in Spain and the USA through our partner clubs.

We offer a wide range of sports and tour services for

players and their companions, as well as support and

assistance obtaining NCAA college scholarships to

study in the USA.

Future Players also has a specialized Sport Marke-

ting department. These professionals are in charge

of analyzing the players in our programs and

providing sports reports. These reports contain

highlight videos from games and practices during

the program, in order to be used for the participant

to connect with clubs in both Europe and the USA,

and, if the player chooses the scholarship route, for

representation to Universities. This type of representation offers our players the

best opportunities both at the professional and

college playing level.

FUTURE PLAYERS ACADEMY Future Sports Players and Tourist Services S.L.

Our foundation has the ultimate goal of providing

opportunities to players who are not able to get

access to very basic needs such as education, food,

or simply the experience of playing on a soccer

team like any other kid of their age. Future Players

has created this foundation in collaboration with the

Spanish Government and other recognized

organizations to grant players with lower incomes

the opportunity to have what they deserve. Jose Manuel Suarez Rivas, one of the most recog-

nized ex professional players in Spain and a staff

member of Future Players, leads and directs this

project along with Engonga, another ex professio-

nal recognized player from Spain and also a staff

member of Future Players.

What does Future Players provide to these kids?

We provide everything they need all this for free.

All transportation from school to residence

and practice

Practices with a local team 3 days a week, 2

hours per day

All required equipment and sports gear

Meetings with players to education them about

essential topics such as education, motivation,

or sports

Personalized progress reports in school and

teams

Individual assistance and support to each pla-

yer

Awards for players who excel in school and sports, providing them with a trip to

Chicago, all expenses covered by our foun-

dation

Guidance and counseling by our staff to assist

players in case they want to study in USA or

play with a club in Europe.
