PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONThe PG series luminaire is a small and efficient LED fixture for covered parking garages. Available in 2 lumen packages the PG series delivers up to 8000 lumens in two different size luminaires. The PG series outstanding uniformity and efficacy give customers a high quality lighting job while using a fraction of the energy of traditional light sources.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONSOptics A symmetric, square distribution delivers uniformity and energy efficiency • A glass TIR (Total Internal Reflection) optic shapes the beam • An optional polycarbonate lens can be ordered • This option reduces glare for fixtures that will be installed in the driving lane • Also a side shield can be ordered when more light control is required.
Mounting The fixture can be surface mounted to a J-box, or pendant mounted with a pipe • A trunion mounting option is also available • The pendant mounting option requires a wet location J-box and pipe (supplied by others).
Construction Two piece cast aluminum housing fully sealed with silicone gaskets • Glare shield is made of molded acrylic • All hardware is corrosion resistant.
Finish All exposed surfaces are finished with a 5 stage powder coat process in Silver finish.
Electrical The PG1 series fixtures use a 120-277V driver • The PG2 series fixtures can be ordered with a 120-277V driver, or an optional 347-480V driver.
Thermal Performance PG1 fixtures can operate between -22˚F and 113˚F (-30˚C to 45˚C) • PG2 fixtures can operate between -40˚F and 113˚F (-40˚C to 45˚C) • L70 at 25˚C is 100,000 hrs.
Dimming Fixtures can be ordered with an optional 0-10V dimming driver.
Emergency Lighting Fixtures can be ordered with an integrally mounted emergency battery • The emergency battery pack will run the fixture at a reduced illumination level for 90 minutes • Option available only with PG2-A04 fixtures • Operating ambient temperature range is -22˚F to 113˚F (-30˚C to 45˚C) • Available for 120V-277V (“UN” or individual voltage codes).
Motion Detection The PG series luminaires can be equipped with two motion detection options • Both options use a sensor attached to the fixture that can be locally adjusted for sensitivity • Option “M” uses the sensor to switch the fixture ON and OFF (the fixture is normally OFF, and when motion is sensed the fixtures turns ON) • Option “S” uses the sensor to switch the fixtures from Low light setting to High light setting (the fixture is normally operating in the Low light setting, and when motion is detected the sensor switches the fixture to the High light set-ting) • The Low light level setting is approximately 20% of full light output • PG1 size fixtures are always supplied with the motion sensors attached to the side of the fixture • Standard PG2 size fixtures (no optional poly lens) are also supplied with the motion sensor attached to the side of the fixtures • PG2 size fixtures with the optional polycarbonate lens (PL option) are supplied with the sensor mounted to the poly lens, in the middle of the fixture

DescriptionThe FSP-211 mounts in an outdoor lighting fixture and provides multi-level control based on motion and/or daylight contribution. It controls 0-10 VDC LED drivers or dimming ballasts, as well as non-dimming ballasts and, with an FSP-Lx Lens, is rated for wet and cold locations. All control parameters are adjustable via a wireless configuration tool capable of storing and transmitting sensor profiles.
OperationTypically, the sensor ramps lighting On to the selected High mode level when motion is detected and the ambient light level is below the hold off setpoint. After the sensor stops detecting movement and the time delay elapses, lights fade to the Low mode level. If there is no motion during the subsequent cut off time delay, the lights will turn Off. For dusk to dawn control, the integral photocell can switch the lights On and Off based on the ambient light level so that lighting remains on overnight even without motion detection.
Wireless Handheld Configuration ToolInitial setup and subsequent sensor adjustments are made using a handheld configuration tool (FSIR-100). This tool enables adjustment of parameters including high and low modes, sensitivity, time delay, cut off and more. The FSIR-100 is also used to initiate automatic calibration of the FSP-211 ambient light level setpoint. The setpoint is used to hold the controlled lighting off or at low level when there is sufficient daylight. The wireless tool stores up to six sensor parameter profiles to speed configuration of multiple sensors.
ApplicationsThe slim, low-profile FSP-211 is designed for installation inside the bottom of a light fixture body. When fully assembled and installed in an IP66-rated fixture, the sensor and FSP-Lx lenses are IP66 outdoor rated. The sensor is ideal for areas such as parking facilities, gas stations, pedestrian pathways and warehouses. A choice of four lenses ensures complete coverage for mounting heights up to 40’.

1 . Determine an appropriate mounting location inside the light fixture . Allow a minimum distance of 0 .2” (5 .1mm) from the wiring end of the sensor to the wall of the fixture .
2 . Drill a hole 1 .30” (33 .0mm) in diameter through the sheet metal in the bottom of the fixture .
3 . Add the rubber gasket to the threaded collar, and install the sensor face down, parallel to the mounting surface . Ensure the rubber gasket touches the inside surface of the fixture . Install the plastic nut securely against the fixture to a torque of 25-30 in-lbs to ensure IP rating is maintained .
4 . Align the locking features between the sensor and lens module and push the lens module forward until the o-ring seals firmly . Turn the lens module clockwise to ensure it locks in place .
5 . Connect load and supply wires as shown in wiring diagram .6 . Restore power from the circuit breaker .
