Ingredients:

Ingredients: 6 small Potatoes
3 spoons of olive oil
1 tea spoon of Salt
Preparation:
1- brush the potatoes while washing them with cold water to remove any dust from the peel�
2- Place your potatoes on a cutting board and cut them diagonally into 4 pieces to be wedges like�
3- In a bowl mix the potatoes with the olive oil and spices�
4- place your potatoes on a hot grill, and cook until it turns golden brown, and to be sure it’s soft
enough stick a fork into it to check�
1 tea spoon of Paprika
1/2 tea spoon of Black pepper
1/2 tea spoon of garlic powder

Ingredients:
Preparation:
Garlic Bread
Preparation: 1- Cut the toasts in half and place them in an iron tray�
2- Mix the minced garlic with the Mayonnaise�
3- Butter the toast with a light amount of the Mayonnaise and garlic mix�
4- place a small amount of cheder cheese in the middle of the toast, following it the Mozzarella
cheese with a generous amount�
5- Finally sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and the oregano and bake in the oven until the cheese melts
completely and turns a little red�
Ingredients: 6 pieces of Toast
3 table spoons of Mayonnaise

Preparation:1- Boil some water and add a bag of Macaroni twisters and add a tea spoon of salt when it is
almost done�
2- Cool down the macaroni in a bowl and mix with the kidney beans, green beans, minced parsley
and onion�
3- In another bowl mix the sauce ingredients: salt, vinegar, Dijon Mustard and Lemon�
4- add the macaroni salad mix in a nice plate and pour a couple of spoons of the sauce�
5- decorate with a parsley on top�

Preparation:
1- cut lettuce, cucumber, anmushrooms, tomato into big peices and mix in a bowl�
2- mix sauce in a seprate bowl�
3- add the olives, dried tomatos and sauce to the first mix
4- serve in a plate and add cheese and olives on top�

Preparation:
1- In a hot pan, add the minced onion and cook until it turns red�
2- add the potatoes, salt, black pepper and paprika� mix so well�
3- for the sauce, in a bowl add yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon, garlic, and sprinkle a little of salt and mix�
4- serve the potatoes in a plate and add a little of sauce on top with a sprinkle of sumac�

Preparation: 1- Cut the mozzarella cheese into fingers.
2- roll over the mozzarella cheese fingers in flour.
3- scrabble the eggs in a bowl with the milk, and the dip the mozzarella cheese fingers in it.
4- roll over the mozzarella cheese in the bread crumbs�
5- redo the last two steps by putting the mozzarella cheese again the eggs then the bread crumbs�
6- In deep oil, fry the mozzarella cheese until golden�
7- serve with pizza sauce on the side�

Preparation:
1- cook the onions until it is red then cut the tomatoes and add them to the onions, then, add the
Maggie cube, tomato paste, 1 cup of water and cook for 15 minutes�
2- put the mix in a blender and grind until it is smooth�
3- In a bowl, mix 2 cups of water, flour, sugar and add to the previous mix.
4- boil the mix and finally add Basil, Vermicelli, Coriander.
5- serve in a bowl and decorate with a little amount of cheder cheese on top�

Preparation:1- Boil some water and add a bag of Macaroni, and add a tea spoon of salt when it is almost

2- Cut the onion, carrot, pepper, mushroom into long pieces, and cook them in a pan until soften�
Add the spices all to the mix�
3- Add the mix to the macaroni and add the whipped cream and tomato paste, and add some
milk to make the sauce smoother�
4- serve in a plate with mozzarella cheese on top�

Preparation: 1- Boil some water and add a bag of Macaroni twisters and add a tea spoon of salt when it is

2- Béchamel: In a pot, add 2 cups of water, 2 spoons of milk powder, 2 spoons of flour. Mix until it is
thick, then add 2 spoons of cream cheese and one spoon of butter with a sprinkle of salt�
3- add the Béchamel sauce to the pasta and mix together�
4- serve in a plate with the grilled chicken on top with a sprinkle of chile�

Preparation:1- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add a 1/4 of hot sauce and minced ginger and garlic,
and leave in the fridge for an hour�
2- mix 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoon of paprika, 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper,
1 tablespoon of black pepper, 1/4 spoon of oregano, 1 tablespoon of garlic bread�
3- Add a couple of spoons of the spices mix into a bowl of flour, dip the chicken in flour then yoghurt
then flour again, and fry it in deep oil.
4- Serve with ranch dressing on the side�

Preparation:1- cook the vegetables with the meet in some oil, then add the spices and mix it well, then add a
pack of tomato paste and two spoon of ketchup�
2- align the cooked lasagna pieces in a deep tray and add a little pit of meet mix, then add a little
pit of béchamel sauce and sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese� And repeat this step until
your lasagna is done�
3- Pour what is left of the béchamel sauce on the lasagna and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan
cheese, then bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until it’s red�

Preparation: 1- soften the butter and then add the brown and white sugar, mix well then add the 2 eggs, after
that add the flour slowly.
2- When everything mixed together add the salt, vanilla and baking powder, then finally add the
chocolate chips�
3- On a tray covered with butter paper, add a small amount of the mix, make sure to keep a distance
between each amount you put�
4- heat the oven on 350, and bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes�

Preparation: 1. Beat butter in a bowl of the stand mixer fitted with a Paddle-Attachment on medium or high speed
about 3 minutes until fluffy and light.
2� Stop mixer and add powderedSugar� Turn mixer to low speed, then gradually boost the speed until
powderedSugar be totally incorporated�
3� Turn mixer off and add chocolate & vanilla� Beat on medium or high speed until frosting is thoroughly
mixed and airy, about 3 minutes� Use to top cookies, cakes , cupcakes�

Ingredients:1/2 cocoa powder
1/2 cup boiling water
2 sticks of butter
2 cups of powder sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
12 ounces semisweet chocolate
Preparation:1- Combine cocoa and the boiling water, stirring until cocoa has dissolved�
2- With an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat butter, powder sugar, and salt until pale and
fluffy. Reduce speed to low. Add melted and cooled chocolate, beating until combined and scraping
down sides of bowl as needed� Beat in the cocoa mixture�
3- If not using immediately, frosting can be refrigerated up to 5 days, or frozen up to 1 month, in an
airtight container� Before using, bring to room temperature, and beat on low speed until smooth again�

Preparation:1- Mix the biscuit with the butter and settle in the bottom of a deep tray�
2- Mix the kiri creamy cheese with the sweetened milk until it is smooth and add it on top of the biscuit
layer�
3- Mix the upper layer ingredients and cook them until they boil� Cool down the add on top of the
middle layer�
4- cool in the fridge until it holds together, then serve by decorating it with chocolate syrup�
