RED BANGKOK
Red Shirt protesters supporting ousted Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra are challenging the
current government in the streets of Bangkok. Their demands are dissolvement of parliament
and a call for new elections.
CHINA EARTHQUAKE
On May 12th 2008, the Chinese province Sichuan was hit by an earthquake, reaching 7.9 on the
Richter-scale. Over 69,000 persons lost their lives and another 370,000 were injured.
CLANDESTINO
Every year, thousands of Africans flee from pov-erty. One of the routes to Europe is the small
Mauritanian port Nouadhibou. Here they live in the shadows, waiting to cross the Atlantic. They
are called “Clandestinos”, which in Spanish means “the Secret Ones”.
OBAMARAMA
The day that the Obamania hit Copenhagen. Barack Obama touched down
on a five hour stopover. The Danes turned out in great numbers, hoping to catch a
glimpse of the American president. Few where that lucky.
I’m currently based in London
My work has a strong humanistic focus. I’m interested in human society and the impact we have on our self and each other.
I work on curiosity. Mostly my subjects are areas unknown to me. By understanding, I try to disseminate information to a broader audience.
I have a strong photojournalistic background. I work with doc-umentary projects. My photography is observant.

I have a Bachelor in Photojournalism and I am currently undertaking a Masters in Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at London College of Communication.
