Alert Hypnosis
• Induction with
Eyes open

• Suggestions enacted WHILE in hypnosis - not post hypnotically

Warm up #1
Take a deep breath, fill your lungs and hold it for the count of 5. Then slowly relax as you exhale.
Warm up #2
Put your feel flat on the floor. Take another deep, gentle breath and hold it. Lightly, gently push down on the floor so you slightly tense your feet, ankles, calves and thighs. Hold for a count of 5, then slowly relax as you exhale.
Warm up #3
Take another deep full breath, and gently tense every muscle in your body, from your forehead down to your toes. Notice the tension all through your body. Hold for a count of 5, then slowly relax your whole body as you exhale.
Model the Induction
Model the Induction Aloud
• Inhale and lift shoulders.
• Fixate and hold vision, exhale and relax..
• Tense lower body, focus higher and hold, exhale and relax..
• Tense whole body, focus still higher and hold, exhale and relax
