Ordering Through GHX: If you currently place orders through EDI, you will receive a separate letter with

and shipped within 1 business day. Any orders placed after the cutoff date and time above will be transferred
to ASPS Inc. and processed on Monday, March 30, 2020. Backorders The backorder process will remain
unchanged. All backorders will be automatically transferred to and fulfilled by ASPS Inc. beginning on March
30, 2020. Product Returns and Recalls Product returns cannot be accepted by J&J after March 25, 2020. All
requests will be held and passed to ASPS Inc. for execution after March 30, 2020. Please DO NOT ship any
returns to Johnson & Johnson without a return authorization (RGA) number. Beginning March 30, 2020 any
recalls will be initiated and executed by ASPS Inc. New and Existing Product Complaints Beginning Friday,

ADVANCED STERILIZATION PRODUCTS (ASP) are warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one [1] year from the date of installation, when properly installed,
maintained and used for their intended purpose as set forth in the applicable product labeling
and/or the User’s Guide. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the equipment and
only if the equipment is properly installed and is used in the country in which it was originally
installed by ASP.
16.Terms and conditions of installation: The price for the EVOTECH® equipment (Item Number
50014: EVOTECH® ECR
Equipment Kit) includes installation. Installation for EVOTECH® includes set up installation,
calibration and functional testing.

GENERAL RETURN AUTHORIZATION INSTRUCTIONS
Contact Customer Support at 1/888/STERRAD® (1/888/783-7723) or 1/800/755-5900 within
30 days of invoice date to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All returns require
an RMA. Once the return is authorized, ASP will provide return instructions and paperwork.

Please use label provided in Return Instructions. In order for ASP to receive returned product,
a copy of the RMA and return label must be included with the return freight.

Product Warranty Policy
New STERRAD® VELOCITY™ BI Readers, ASP™ ACCESS™ Data Stations, ASP™
EVOTECH® ECRs and STERRAD® Sterilizer Systems, including reusable accessories supplied by
ADVANCED STERILIZATION PRODUCTS™ (ASP™), are warranted to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of one [1] year from the date of installation, when properly
installed, maintained and used for their intended purpose as set forth in the applicable product
labeling and/or the User’s Guide.
Refurbished systems are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of six [6] months from the date of installation when properly installed, maintained, and used
for their intended purpose as set forth in the applicable product labeling and/or the User’s Guide.
Systems and parts repaired or replaced under warranty, new or remanufactured, are warranted to be
free from defects in title, materials, and workmanship for the balance of the system’s warranty or 90
days from the date of repair or installation, whichever is longer, when properly installed,
maintained, and used for their intended purpose as set forth in the applicable product labeling and/or
the User’s Guide.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the equipment and only if the equipment is
properly installed and is used in the country in which it was originally installed by ASP™.
Warranty service hours are M-F, 7:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. (PST/PDT).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Warranty, this Warranty shall not apply to
the extent of any misuse or abuse of the equipment or if the equipment was not properly installed
according to ASP™ instructions and requirements
This warranty is not valid for repair or replacement for defects due to external factors including, but
not limited to defective electrical or plumbing installation, electrical/atmospheric disturbances or
water quality failing to meet ASP™ specifications. ASP™ reserves the right to make the necessary
repair/replacement in its own factory, at any authorized repair station, or at the facilities of the
purchaser of the system. Replacement items can be either new or remanufactured. Defective parts
replaced under warranty shall become the property of ASP™.
THE EXPRESS WARRANTY ABOVE IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OBLIGATION OF
ADVANCED STERILIZATION PRODUCTS™, AND THE REMEDY PROVIDED ABOVE IS IN
LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES. THERE ARE NO OTHER AGREEMENTS,
GUARANTEES, OR WARRANTIES -- ORAL OR WRITTEN -- EXPRESS OR IMPLIED --
INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ADVANCED STERILIZATION PRODUCTS™ SHALL
