Arte has 9+ years of experience. She headed the Product Development and Requirement Analysis team at i-flex Solutions Ltd.. At i-flex she has also conducted Product Training internally and for clients across countries like Egypt, France, Taiwan, Pre-Sales activities (Product walk-through, demos). She has a Bachelors Degree from Charles Sturt University, Australia and a post-graduate degree from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode
Ramgopal worked as Senior Vice President and Head - Sales Quality & Sales Coaching at HSBC. He has 12+ years of experience in fields such as Marketing, Training, Sales and Strategy. His work includes a stint as AVP, heading Sales and Service Training team in HSBC. He also worked in Eli Lilly Ranbaxy in various sales and sales management roles. He has a post-graduate degree from Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode
At Metamorph, Arte & Ramgopal run the monthly open workshops jointly.
