Log In
• Enter URL of online room http://proj.emea.acrobat.com/XY/
• Enter as guest with your name or login data• Klick „Enter Room“

• Please, install the Acrobat Connect Add-In for enhanced audio and video quality

Audio-Settings
• Select „Meeting“ „Manage My Settings“ „Audio Setup Wizard“
Flash Player
• Allow access for the Adobe Flash Player
Microphone Settings
• Select your microphone„Step 2 of 5“ and check it at „Step 3 of 5“. The green bar should flicker…
Advanced Audio Settings
• Recommended settings for „Step 5 of 5“
• Looks different for Macs: just set the silence level to „0“
Select Camera
• Menu „Meeting“, „Manage My Settings“, „Select Camera…“
Activate Microphone
• Use the lock to activate the Microphone permanentely.
Mikrophone inactiveKlick and hold „Talk“ to speak

Activate Camera
• Click the camera symbol at the „Camera and Voice“ pod to send your video
• Attention: This will activate the microphone as well. The microphone can be switched off at the „Talk-Button“ (see previous page)
