MY GOALS BY MRS. HAMMOCK MY GOAL IS: MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 5 POUNDS.
MY TARGET DATE IS: I WOULD LIKE TO LOSE 5 POUNDS BY February 21, 2015.
TO REACH MY GOAL I WILL DO THESE 3 THINGS:
1) I WILL DRINK 6 GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY.
2) I WILL EAT HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND SNACKS, USING THE WEIGHT WATCHERS POINT SYSTEM TO HELP GUIDE ME.
3) I WILL EXERCISE FOR 20 – 30 MINUTES TWICE A WEEK.
I WILL KNOW I HAVE REACHED MYGOAL BECAUSE:
I WILL MONITOR MY PROGRESS USING THE SCALE AND HOW MY CLOTHES ARE FITTING.
2 THINGS THAT WILL HELP ME STICK TO REACHING MY GOAL ARE:
1) MY HUSBAND IS ALSO GOING TO SET A GOAL TO LOSE WEIGHT.
2) I DO NOT LIKE THE FEELING OF MY CLOTHES BEING TIGHT AND DO NOT WANT TO GO PURCHASE BIGGER SIZES.
