Software: •Integration of Slicer3’s 3D rendering and module functionality into a 2D clinical workstation•Implementation of Slicer3’s logic and MRML through a new GUI built for clinical efficiency via the .NET framework•A custom MRML scene changing the volume representation from three plane cut planes to a six plane “cube” with an extra oblique slice plane
