ISSUES*• Want low-Q2 for “virtual-real” photons• Need MC simulations for– “bread-and-butter” charmed baryon resonances– hidden charm N*s and Λ*s
• The reaction: γp DoYc or D±Yc – Do m=1865 MeV and I(Jp) =½(0-)– D± m=1870 MeV and I(Jp) =½(0-)
• At 11 GeV, √s ≈ 4.64 GeV for γp• Hence 4640 MeV – 1870 MeV = 2770 MeV
*(Bing-Song Zou and Qiang Zhao will be at NSTAR 2011 and the PWA workshop at GWU).

Basic ideas for “bread and butter” physics
Measure JP for regular charmed resonances
• Either not been well measured (Λc(2286)+)• Or not measured at all (assigned via Quark Model)
– Λc(2595)+, Λc(2625)+, Λc(2880)+ , Λc(2940)+
– Σc(2455), Σc(2520), Σc(2800) – Ξc(2468)+, Ξc(2471)0, – etc (see PDG)

Path Forward
• Monte Carlo simulations– at lowest Q2
– range of Q2
– event generator (signal + background)
• Involve Bing-Song Zou and Jia-Jun Wu ASAP
• Travel grant money from DOE for working on this component of the LoI at IHEP-Beijing.
• Discuss this with Bjorken and Brodsky
