dynasty – the longest surviving kingdom in the history of Korea boasting several historical areas and sights. The

most visited island, Jeju is also commonly known as Korea’s honeymoon island, with its pleasant weather and

abundance of natural scenery, from the beautiful coastal terrain to the mighty Mt Halla volcano, parks and

waterfalls. Also, experience the charm of Suwon with its ancient Hwaseong Fortress!

DAY 01 27th

NOV (THU) SINGAPORE / INCHEON / SUWON

Early this morning, make your way to Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Incheon.

On arrival at Incheon Intl Airport, be met by your English-Speaking guide and driver as you are transferred to

the city of Suwon – a modern city with an ancient charm. After a brief orientation of the city, you will be

transferred to your hotel for check in. After settling down, you will enjoy a welcome Korean-styled dinner in a

local restaurant to begin your experience.

DAY 02 28th

NOV (FRI) SUWON (EXCURSION TO EVERLAND)

This morning, be met and a short drive later takes you to the Yongin Everland – the first family amusement

park built in South Korea and home to over 40 exhilarating rides and attractions, spend a fun-filled day to

experience at leisure. We then return to Suwon where we will visit the Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World

Heritage site and built by King Jeongjo in the late 18th

Century during the Joseon Dynasty as a defensive

fortification against political rebels.

DAY 03 29th

NOV (SAT) SUWON / ANDONG

This morning, we journey to Andong - the home of traditional Korean culture and blessed with cultural items

from virtually every period of Korea’s history. There are many wonderful wooden cultural artefacts, which had

preserved the memories of the past, allowing you to appreciate the culture of Korean ancestors. People have

lived in this area since ancient times and as a result, the richness of Korea’s magnificent folk culture has been

integrated into Korean daily lives. We visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hahoe Folk Village and along

with Yangdong, are two of Korea’s most representative historic clan villages. You will also spend a night in a

traditional “hanok”, a Korean traditional guesthouse to experience a warm and sincere Korean hospitality.

DAY 04 30th

NOV (SUN) ANDONG / GYEONGJU

Today, we continue south to Gyeongju – capital of the ancient Shilla Kingdom between 7th – 9th centuries. You

will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Bulguksa Temple, the Temple of the Land Buddha, is a

testimony to both the skill of Silla architects and the depth of Buddhist faith at the time. Another UNESCO site

nearby is the Seokguram Buddhist Grotto which displays world religious arts. We then continue to

Cheomseongdae Observatory which is the oldest existing astronomical observatory in Asia. Our last stop is the

Gyeongju National Museum which displays the cultural history of the district.

DAY 05 01st DEC (MON) GYEONGJU / BUSAN / JEJU

This morning, we will drive to Busan (1hr) – Korea’s second largest city, a major sea port, a busy regional

airport and essentially the seafood capital of Korea. We visit the busy and bustling Jagalchi Market where you

will see an astonishing variety of the freshest catch from the Sea of Japan. We recommend you try some

uplifting sashimi perhaps. Thereafter, transfer to Pusan Gimhae Intl Airport for your flight to Jeju.

On arrival at Jeju Intl Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel where you may rest for the day.

DAY 06 02nd

DEC (TUE) JEJU

Today, we have a full day excursion of Jeju. First, visit the Teddy Bear Museum to see a collection of teddy

bears in different costumes. Continue along the scenic southern coast while admiring the towering Mount

Hallasan. You will then arrive at the Seongsan Ilchubong (Sunrise Peak) rising 182m from the sea in a series of

volcanic eruptions more than 100,000 years ago. Take a short hike to the peak and marvel at the astonishing

scenery! Next, we visit the Jeju Haenyeo Museum to learn about the lives of the haenyeo women divers. As the

nation progresses, the women divers also aged and soon the cultural assets will soon diminish as young females

are no longer taking on this unique trade. We complete our tour with a short drive and visit to the UNESCO

World Heritage site of Manjanggul Cave – one of the finest lava tunnels in the world and designated a natural

monument. Step into the surreal and bizarre realm and admire the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. As we

return to your hotel, we enjoy a delightful dinner experience of Jeju’s famous black pork BBQ and other dishes!

DAY 07 03rd

DEC (WED) JEJU / SEOUL

Spend a leisure morning before transferring to Jeju Intl Airport for your domestic flight to Seoul.

the day is at your own leisure.

Andong: Rak-Ko-Jae Hahoe - RakKoJae Hahoe is located within the Hahoe Folk Village, which was designated a

UNESCO World Heritage Site on July 31, 2010, for having preserved its ancient form and traditions for the past

600 years. The property embodies the meaning of its name: a place where one can enjoy the traditions of times

past and rest one's soul. It is a special place where nature itself is the tourist attraction. The property is separated

into 4 separate "choga" houses: the Master House, Separate House, "Sarang" House, and the Entrance House.

Each room has its own private bathroom, complete with a Hinoki Cypress whirlpool bath. Guests can also enjoy

the yellow-mud sauna located in the Entrance House.

Gyeongju: Hilton Gyeongju Hotel - Overlooking scenic Bomun Lake, the luxurious Hilton Gyeongju is located within

Jeju: The Shilla - The Shilla Jeju is a 50-minute drive from Jeju International Airport. It features 6 dining options, a

Jeju Folklore Museum is a 1-hour drive from Jeju Shilla. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Botanical Garden
