improve performance!


3. Alignment

Make sure you align strategic with operational performance management. Don’t run them in

siloes like many companies!


4. Analytics Align your traditional performance

management with your analytics

and business intelligence activities. Again, no siloes!


5. Time FocusMake sure your performance metrics

look into the future rather than the

past! Predictive performance is the future.


6. Data Quality

Make sure data quality is managed throughout your business. Remember:Garbage in, garbage out!


7. TechnologyUse the right software tools to

manage performance. Office tools

are not the way to do it! Use proper analytics, reporting and dashboard tools.
