2. FIND THY NICHE Find your niche to get rich.

Like-minded people are your most likely niche.

Find people who speak your language…fluently.

3. GET OUT OF THY COMFORT ZONE…AND STAY THERE Real estate agents often become comfortable and complacent.

Everyone you talk to throughout the day is a lead.

When you have a real estate related conversation with someone (even if they aren't in the market right now), and they walk away with a warm fuzzy, and when that person runs into someone else who is in the market, whose name do you think they are going to drop?

Look for a business resource, not just a lead.

4. DEVELOP (AND STICK TO) THY PLAN Ignore companies, products or services that claims to be the best thing

since sliced bread and pockets on jeans, all with one thing in common: they want agents to throw money at it. 

Create a business plan, stick to it for 90 days and adjust as necessary.

Consistency is key.

5. MANAGE THY MINDSET Think you will have a good day, and you will.

 Make up your mind to be successful and you will be.

Decide that you are going to work hard every day, have a positive attitude and make sure you take care of people first. The money will follow.
