My Story
I am not an athlete
I suck at all sports - except Chess and Racing games
Never ran till the age of 33
Became Entrepreneur
Work 7 days – no vacations
Picked up Bruxism
Started running… no money for gym.
Today
Can run for 1.5 hours continuously
5kms in 27 minutes ( to qualify in army 25 minutes )
10kms in 1hour
Ran upto Kanheri Caves and back (12 kms)
At Peace.

2. Run More. ( Avg 50 kms per month )

Need to Drink Milk + Eat Eggs
Everything gets burnt when we run – so doesn’t matter what we eat
