Sarah Hein - Associate, Mishcon de Reya LLPSarah is an associate in Mishcon de Reya’s Corporate Tax team. She acts for shareholders and businesses on a range of private equity, M&A and restructuring matters, particularly in the recruitment sector. She has recently advised a number of recruitment companies (based in the UK and internationally) about the proposed changes to the Off-Payroll Working Rules in the private sector.

Waqar Shah - Managing Associate, Mishcon de Reya LLPWaqar is a managing associate in Mishcon de Reya’s Tax Disputes team. He specialises in all forms of tax disputes resolution, including litigation before the Tribunals and Courts, and various forms of mediation with HMRC. Recently, the Tax Disputes team has had experience advising media personalities of their position under the Off-Payroll Working Rules, which included a successful ADR meeting with HMRC.
