Concert in the Park Postponed

Monthly assessments are increasing to $140.00 a month in June.

CommunityUpdates PoolHeatersOncethepoolareascanbeopened,allofthepoolswillbeheatedforthesummer.TheAssociationisexcitedforafunandsafesummerthisyear!

Community Improvements Overthelastcoupleofmonthstherehavebeenalotofcommunityprojectstohelpimprove/updatethelookofourwonderfulcommunity.Hereareafewofthem:

• Artificialturfhasbeeninstalledatthefollowingpoolareas:PeppertreeSquare,Competition,PromenadeSquare,andDatePalmSquare.

• TheLagoonpoolareahadalmostallofthelandscapingreplaced.

• Paintingofallthewoodtrellisesandtheevesofthebuildingsistakingplacethroughouttheentirecommunityinalltheparks/poolareas.

• TheconcreteareasintheLagoon,Resort,Competition,PromenadeSquare,andPeppertreeSquarehavebeenremovedandreplacedthatwerecracked/damaged.
