The Cat’s Character Award winner for the second nine weeks for Mrs. Fowler’s class goes to a very
deserving young lady. This young lady demonstrates the big three: being at school, following school rules,
and being awesome in everything she does. She is always willing to help her classmates and her teacher as
well. She works hard in every area, and she has made great achievements academically. I am proud to be
this young lady’s teacher this school year...and part of last year! Congratulations, Ms. Zoe Greenwell!! :)

Lily is a dream to have in class. She follows school rules and she works hard at everything she does. She
sets an example for other students to follow through her actions. I am proud to be her teacher. There is
no doubt she will keep doing great things at Ben Johnson and continue to do so after she moves on to
middle school, high school and college. Look out for Lily, for in the words of Lang Leav, she will not only
climb mountains—she will move them too. Congratulations to Lily!

Mary is deserving of the CATS character award. She strives to give the BIG 3 daily. Still with perfect
attendance, Mary hasn’t missed a single day of school this year. She strives to give her very best in the
classroom, and many times she even asks for additional practice simply because she enjoys learning. Her
work ethic and positive attitude make her a model student. Rarely will you find Mary without a smile on
her face. Mary is quite deserving of the CATS character award. Congratulations!

The student that I would like to recognize for the Cat’s Character Award is Noah McMahan. Noah
exhibits the big three every day. He comes to school on-time, has good attendance, and follows all
classroom and school rules. Noah is a great role model and leads by example! He always has a positive
attitude about learning new things, and goes above and beyond when given a task. I know I can always
count on him to show integrity no matter the circumstance. Noah is such a wonderful student, and I am
so pleased to have him in my class!

Kayleigh Huffines is a great example of Cat’s Character. Kayleigh strives to come to school every day.
She always does her homework and does her classwork to the best of her ability. Many times she will ask
me if there is anything she can do to improve her work, while she is completing an assignment. She is
kind to EVERYONE! She goes out of her way to include people and explain directions. She participated
in basketball and continues to be involved at school through the STLP Get Fit! Team. Kayleigh always
has a smile on her face and is a very positive person!
