TELENEUROLOGY AT VANdERbILTNeurology consults are given to local hospitals by Vanderbilt stroke neurologists by using video conferencing. This helps keep patients close to home and speeds access to treatment. To date, participating hospitals have used teleneurology for more than 250 consults. Approximately 82% of all teleneurology patients remain at their community hospital.
