• The Project was a firm-fixed price bid. According to Multnomah County, the government entity responsible for the bridge, Omega Morgan’s solution saved millions of dollars by reducing up to a year of construction time for the new bridge.
• The Bridge’s Main Contractor (Slayden / Sundt) hired Omega Morgan to relocate the bridge so it could remain open to traffic during the construction of a new $308 million bridge.
• The Bridge’s location provided significant additional challenges given surrounding infrastructure (both public and private.)
• The project required minimal traffic disruption.
