Catering Menus Our printed menus are for general reference. Our Catering Staff will be delighted to meet your specific needs. All prices listed are subject to change. Menu prices wil be confirmed by your Catering Manager. Deposit and Payment To secure a date, a signed contract and non refundable deposit is required. The deposits are: 20% of the estimated value of the wedding at the time the contract is signed and 30% due 90 days after. The final payment is due 72 hours / 3 days prior to the wedding.
