Statkraft Data Center Sites invites large datacenters to Norway. We develop shovel-readysites and projects that reduce the investor’srisk. This effort is a continuation of our morethan 120 year legacy as a facilitating partnerwith the power intensive industry. Norway hasthe lowest wholesale electricity price in Europeand the lowest energy tax possible as well. Ourreliable high voltage grid makes hyperscaledatacenters without back-up generatorspossible, reducing cost significantly. Eachproject consists of well suitable land readyzoned for light industry and with other relevantpermits in place. It also has solutions for powersupply and connectivity including indicativepricing and timeframe.

Vestfold consists of a flat area of 100 acres(40Ha) situated next to a strong substationwith 5x132kV connections. Otherinfrastructure i.e. dark fibre access, railroadstation, highway and international airport areexcellent. City centres of Sandefjord andTønsberg (county capital), are 20 minutes bycar. University campus is 30 minutes by car.The site is facilitated by Statkraft. The site isfacilitated by Statkraft, and ownershipconsists of one private owner. The sitetopography is flat. The area is located 207ft(63 m) above sea level, with topography of +/-3.2ft (1 m). The site is zoned for 1.300.000square feet (120.000 m2) data centerbuildings, with a max height of 20 meters.Annual mean temperature is Annual meantemperature

6°C/42,8°F and annual precipitation is 386inches (980 mm). Power capacity at site is80 MW available, with a further 40 MWexpansion possible within 24 month.Connectivity can be provided by 2 or morecarriers. Dark fibre can be provided from 3or more providers. Connections can bemade to Stockholm, London, Amsterdamand Frankfurt. Water and sanitary areavailable on site. Zoning and consent iscompleted by Q4 2018.
